We have 8 boats, covered and open, and pick the right one for the weather and for what you want. All of them are stable, well kept and carry a life jacket for every passenger.
Tours from Tulcea
It has a windscreen and a canopy, and padded benches with backrests. It is very stable and runs at about 40 km/h, so you reach the beautiful parts of the Delta quickly and have time to enjoy them.
The canopy opens on fine days, closes halfway for shade in strong sun and fully when it rains. That makes the boat a good choice in early spring and late autumn too.
Tours from Sulina
An open boat with cushions, stable and safe. It goes slowly, at 10–15 km/h, along the narrow willow channels and across the lakes, and stops at every point of interest: the pelicans, the water lilies, the lighthouse.
It is the right boat for photos and for anyone who wants to hear the Delta, not the engine.
Rental
We rent boats for special trips, on the route and at the time you choose, and boats for sport and leisure fishing. Prices and conditions are on Boat rental.
For the regular Tulcea – Sulina service we use the Travel Delta Star speedboats; the timetable is on www.tulcea-sulina.ro.
Every passenger gets a life jacket, children included. Your skipper is also your guide: they know the Delta, the birds and the routes approved by the ARBDD, and tell you about them on the way. In strong wind or storms we do not go out: we move the tour to another day.
